La Chambre Claire Library and gallery of photography presents the Polaroid and poetic work of  Kate McBride in her first Paris exhibition. The three-room gallery, located in the Saint-Germaine neighborhood at rue Saint-Sulpice and rue de Seine, will show limited edition prints and boxed editions of Kate’s book “POEMS & POLAROIDS: I Journey With You Here;” large polaroid prints on translucent Japanese handmade paper; and other works including original Spectra Polaroids taken with the last available boxes of the film. A small edition of handmade books titled “Bath Faces”  will be available for the first time at the La Chambre Claire show. Kate’s film “Un ora, un mattina” shows opening night, Saturday, January 24th and by request.
